The United States Amateur Soccer Association (USASA) National Open Cup is the most prestigious tournament for amateur soccer clubs in the United States. This year the Region II Championships were held in Fort Wayne, Indiana on June 15-17. Eleven clubs from the region, including the Madison 56ers (NPSL) and Cardinals (MASL), competed in the event.
Since 1914 the USASA has held the national tournament, which has four categories:
